张翠山明查暗访凶手下落不果，重临镖局时，发现被人冒充身分，将龙门镖局一夜之间灭门。少林派圆音、圆业赶至时，一口咬定翠山为凶手，令他一世英明一朝丧。 翠山满腹疑团之时，偶然间结识了殷素素，从而揭发她自岱岩被劫走后，欲施计将他抢回，不慎被人施少林派「梅花镖」所伤，一怒之下杀镖局中人赎罪，并暗向少林派报仇。 翠山感素素虽处事过于心狠手辣，但内里却富正义感，不惜舍命救出岱岩，遂以内力替她迫出剧毒。终发现她为天鹰教中人，大感诧异之余，二人却已产生感情。 少林派圆音、圆业以为翠山枉杀其弟子，亲到武当山找晦气，并诬告武当派包庇罪犯。殷梨亭等以岱岩被少林派所伤，误会其恶人先告状，更火上加油。终得张三丰平息纠纷，保证秉公办理。 素素等应邀参加「王盘山扬刀大会」，翠山亦乘机跟随，欲在会中查出真凶。怎料到大会开始时，各派纷纷为争取屠龙刀尔虞我诈，令场面混乱不堪。
