长嘴指使大眼用钻木取火的方式点燃了酒庄，随后挟持八宝，趁小海上来救八宝的时候向他身上泼油暗算。小海和八宝被困在火海中不能才回来，外面众人着急却和里面的小海一样束手无策。杜大娘要冲进火海救孩子，险些被落下来燃烧的木匾砸中。关键时刻智空出现，先救了杜大娘，又冲进燃烧的酒庄救出了小海和八宝。小海认为是自己害了杜大娘一家，心存愧疚。智空告诉他造成这一切的罪魁祸首是年魔，只有打败年魔才能拯救更多像八宝一样的孩子。两只黄鼠狼见到乌鸦，自称小海已经被烧死。乌鸦转告年魔，年魔却不相信，要他查实。年魔异常兴奋，想到九星连珠完成之时，他将天下无敌。智空带着小海乘坐飞舟，去见一个他见了也会头疼的人。
