离开了霹雳虎，小海决定去找年魔，救出父母，但是多来米被将飞舟往相反的方向飞去。在争吵中，飞舟失控，向下坠去。多来米妥协，告诉小海可以先去找年魔，但要先吃饱肚子。经过跋涉，来到两人来到了朝阳城，却被城里的守卫拦住。正在他们苦恼之际，被一只猪无意中弄进了城里。长嘴和大眼也跟着小海来到了朝阳城。乌鸦找到长嘴大眼吩咐他们一定要抓到小海。小海和多来米来到了大肚荣的面馆，因为无钱吃面，只能眼馋。大肚荣却大方的送了两碗面给小海和多来米。这时朝阳的小霸王来了大肚荣面馆，把客人都吓跑了，吃了霸王餐的小霸王还要找大肚荣的茬。因为小海不帮他作伪证，朝阳小霸王跟小海打了起来，这一切都被长嘴大眼看在眼里，愤怒的小海将朝阳小霸王打得灰头土脸，小霸王临走时要小海等着。
