沙鸥在信息角刷标语“以懒为耻、以贫为耻”，标语内容引起村民不满，濮泉生灵机一动，大笔一挥改成了“炫贫为耻”。扶贫后盾单位送来小猪仔，初来农村的沙鸥不习惯猪的味道，戴着口罩给村民发猪仔。村民电喇叭看不惯，故意不配合沙鸥，幸得濮泉生解围。分猪完毕，麻迷糊却把下发的猪仔吃了。沙鸥得知后气愤不已，却又对死皮赖脸的麻迷 糊无可奈何。无解之际，濮泉生让电喇叭带着一群妇女，合伙将麻迷糊扒光衣服塞进大木桶洗了个澡，好好整治了一下懒汉的懒筋。扶贫先扶志，成了濮泉生内心的初步目标。村里即将竞选村主任，这一人选事关山上山下的利益，村民们格外重视。石排山和向友亮各自把在外打工的儿子喊了回来，双方对于村主任一职，均势在必得。
