闪电撒娇请求流星帮忙制作按摩器，彩虹认为应该让他自己动手比较好，这让心软的流星陷入困惑。警报响起，海豹妈妈的孩子小皮不见了，护卫队前往救援。流星在海底火山附近找到小皮，火山活动异常，他们立刻向安全区域撤离。途中，流星得知有几只小企鹅被困在了海底洞穴，立马赶去营救。耐不住小皮的撒娇，流星不得不将他带在身边。洞穴狭窄岔路多，小皮利用胡须感受水波判断方向，成功找到了小企鹅。离开洞穴时，海底火山活动对水波产生影响，小皮无法辨别离开洞穴的正确方向。这时，流星灵机一动，利用机械手臂制造出巨大的水波，成功将小皮和几只小企鹅们解救出来。流星也终于想明白了，要坚持原则不能心软，按摩器还是让闪电自己做比较好。
