建立已100年的游乐园Star Land（スターランド）因更不上时代的进入而荒废，即将停止营业；这里是充满着前代人的回忆。翼鬼突然想出个鬼注意，用5个能源机虫让Star Land的5个游戏设施变成5只盖斯达机器人，然后和同伙们一起跟那5只机器人对打进行特训。不过Geister的特训被宇宙警察发现了。为了抢回Star Land的游戏设施，EX凯撒、Raker兄弟紧急出动。因不忍心毁掉游戏设施，EX凯撒他们陷入苦战，最后在浩太的帮助下找出了盖斯达机器人身上的5个能源盒并成功将其毁掉。无法恢复原样的游戏设施被送回Star Land后反而为Star Land带来新的生机。
