七夕前夜，风子遛狗时遇到一架撞过来的货车。就在她抱头救命时路过的Dash MAX把货车拦下后变回一辆黄色跑车离去，风子没看到Dash MAX变形的瞬间只听带Dash MAX那把声音，然后脑补车内有着一名帅哥，莫名地迷恋上心中的“牛郎”。次日，风子在路边遇到了Dash MAX跑车，因车内没人所以留下一张今晚在百货公司天文台相约的纸条。晚上，来抢望远镜的Geister跑来百货公司捣乱，并让天文台变成1只蜘蛛型盖斯达机器人。EX凯撒、MAX Team出动消灭敌人，成功抢回望远镜。虽然风子看到了Dash MAX由车子变成机器人，但她认为那是她的牛郎派来的使者~
