琴美的堂哥月山俊太郎（CV：松本保典）是一位对赛车充满热情的赛车手，驾驶他的老车“月山5号”参加第23届8字形赛车。同样参加比赛的还有金有家的世界名车“贝尔里尼”、无名车手驾驶的Dash MAX。比赛当天，就在车手们激烈地相互追逐时，以贝尔里尼为目标的Geister们跑来捣乱，驱动1只机车型盖斯达机器人去抢夺贝尔里尼，其他赛车也受到Geister的攻击。俊太郎的助手受伤了，浩太代替那助手让俊太郎继续比赛。王者EX凯撒和Dash MAX把敌人击退，事故平息后跑道上奔跑着的只剩下贝尔里尼和月山5号。最后一刻俊太郎凭借高超的技术超过对方从而夺得冠军。
