宇宙海盗盖斯达（Geister/Gaistar）为了掠夺宝物来到了地球，宇宙警察凯撒斯（Kaisers）也尾随其后来到地球。深夜，星川浩太看到一个青色光球飞进了自家的车库，但他去查看时没发现有任何异常。次日，浩太和朋友们到恐龙博览会参观。一具三角龙模型突然蜕变成一只机器恐龙袭击浩太，意图夺走浩太的宝物——爷爷留给他的一台老相机。这时星川家的车子飞奔过来，并转变成胸前有一个狮子头的人型机器人“EX凯撒”（Exkaiser/Exkizer）。机器角龙“角鬼”（Horn Geist/Horngaist）也转变成人型机器人与EX凯撒战斗。浩太受到战火的波及，相机因此摔坏。EX凯撒击退了敌人，修复了浩太的相机，并希望浩太对他的事保密。
