老鼠又来土地庙捣乱，土地发誓一定要逮到他们，于是决定张贴告示另请捕鼠高手。福迪恰恰经过，应聘成功，抢了八戒的保安职位，还假装不认识八戒，八戒当了福迪的助手。参照《捕鼠论》上的招数，福迪决定用胶水把老鼠全部粘住，但此计被老鼠们识破了。八戒贪吃被胶水粘住了嘴。福迪和八戒到老鼠洞口倒胶水，却不料自己被胶水粘住，幸亏八戒的两下功夫救了福迪，两人才得以脱身。老鼠们想出了妙计，不仅没被粘到，还跳起了交谊舞。八戒和福迪也跟着舞性大发，这可气坏了土地。最后三人都被胶水粘住，惹得老鼠们哈哈大笑！
