“ジンタ”はケースケが通う小学校に50年前からいる妖怪系人体模型。彼は自分を「かわいい」と言ってくれる八品マナミに想いを寄せている。そんなある日、ジンタはコージによって、告白のメッセージを体に書かれてしまった。ジンタに書かれたメッセージを見たマナミは悪ふざけだと激怒し、コージに「大嫌い！」と言う。そのとき、謎の人物が吹き矢を放ち、ジンタに当たった。するとジンタは突如怒りの炎を燃やし、「マナミさんは…コージが嫌い、コージ…ボクに落書きをした、ゆるさない…」と、コージへの復讐を始めたのだ！ 告白以降さまざまな災いがふりかかるようになったコージは、ケースケたちに「命を狙われているみたいなんだ…」と相談する。ケースケは、認めたくはないものの、妖怪のしわざを疑い、コージのために調査へ乗り出す。
