イケメンばかりが失踪する事件が多発。妖怪探偵団が妖怪の関与を疑っていると、イケメンが消えた瞬間を目撃したという女子中学生の書き込みが寄せられる。彼女の話によると、「プリティーハンサム」という画像加工アプリで自撮り写真を盛ったところ、画像だけでなく被写体の男子自体の顔もイケメンに変化したのだという。さらに、突如スマホの画面から触手のようなものが何本も伸びてきて男子たちの顔を吸い取り、最終的に彼らは消えてしまったという…。ナツメたちは調査を進めるため、そのアプリのイベントにやってきた。会場では「ハンサムボーイズコーナー」なるブースがあり、男子たちにアプリを使ってイケメンになる方法をレクチャーしているのだが…。
