功夫刑警帕瓦乔偶然遇到了美少女护理机器人吕亚（ルーア，CV：天野由梨），二人成为了好朋友。然而，美女形象的吕亚只是犯罪者巴布加姆姐妹用吕亚体内的干扰电波影响帕瓦乔的视觉系统产生的结果；实际上吕亚只是一个丑陋的老式机器人，也不具有语言和感情。受怪电波影响的帕瓦乔甚至把迪卡度他们看成邪恶的机器人。为了挽救帕瓦乔，迪卡度决定要消灭吕亚，不过迪高抱有不同的哲学想法。这时巴布加姆姐妹的隐形飞船出现回收吕亚，并告诉帕瓦乔他只是她们游戏中被玩耍的棋子。虽然影丸根据倒影向隐形飞船喷上油漆使其现身，巴布加姆姐妹利用电波影响全体勇者警察的视觉系统，使他们看到无数只飞船。这时，帕瓦乔看到真正飞船上的吕亚要求向她攻击。判明实体后，J-迪卡和超级建设猛虎使出合体技“Tiger Fang”将敌人飞船击落。吕亚被警视厅回收处理，但帕瓦乔始终没看真实的吕亚一眼，因为美丽形象的吕亚在他心中就是真实的吕亚。
