三兽合体魔王正准备在圭亚那高原（ギアナ高地）建造魔鬼塔，于是从世界各地诱拐人类来做建造苦工。超级先锋号和五形战士尚在修理中，勇太郎带着健太、佐津田开始了拯救人质的作战，但他们来到建筑工地时敌人的攻击。国枝医生从勇太郎以前用陶笛吹奏的曲子中分析出能量波段，超级先锋号和五形战士带着精神净化光发射器来支援，精神净化光抑制着三兽合体魔王。三兽合体魔王迅速反击，破坏掉精神净化光发射器，吊打宇宙警备队，并把所有可供给人类逃走的飞船毁掉。宇宙警备队只能带着极少部分的人类撤退……
