子奇遇劫，被贼以炸弹胁持，袁挥赶至，以枪制服悍匪。怎料子奇以为袁挥公报私仇，只为捉拿贼人而罔顾自己性命安危，声言要向上司举报他。其后他发现希雅为该组主管后，大表尴尬。 丽红读书不成，常与飞羣为伍，到处风花雪月。当她发现经济出现问题时，不惜向其父讹称双脚伤势未愈，以图骗得医药费。刚巧若池探望至，向她悉心料理，令她大表烦厌。 子奇报复不成，事事针对袁挥，更故意亲近希雅，向她死缠斓打。挥、雅二人在环境迫成下，彼此产生情愫，对以往误会一笔勾消。 袁安见子奇欺人太甚，欲暗替袁挥出一口气，谁料被他发现子奇身怀巨款，一时贪念将银包据为己有。 宝雯眼见挥、雅交往甚密，误会二人瞒着自己存不轨行为，向袁挥大吵大闹，袁挥百词莫辩。
