丽红一干人等被警方通缉之际，彼此发生内讧。希雅闻得丽红踪迹后，不顾私人感情，立派手下包围。丽红走投无路时以死相逼，与警方对峙一段时间后，终不慎堕楼身亡。 袁挥出狱后，深入调查，发现丽红之死与袁安有关，遂向他大事质问。但袁安矢口否认，并制造谎言隐瞒罪过，令袁挥无所适从。 袁挥自受多方打击下，心烦一意乱，只专注于找寻袁安的犯罪证据，意志大表为消沉，故意与希雅疏远，彼此间感情再起隔膜。 希雅接获线报，有关袁安自经营高利贷不成后，重新贩卖毒品，遂派人大举破陷其档口。怎料当众警赶至之时，发现人去楼空，令希雅大表称奇。
