花枝见众夥计工作懒散，决定采取怀柔政策，宣布百里鲜赚钱时加薪三成，众雀跃。上游诈病出海玩，花枝不揭破还去探病，上游接报后赶回家并作弄她，桑菊不值他所为出手教训，花枝暗笑。上游回店见众人对客人服务殷勤，暗骂他们反骨，后来才知他们在做戏。学生叶世康缺课，花枝家访时遇马友，马友见她手慌脚乱地为世康姊弟炒饭，忆起曾对自己有一饭之恩的耀柱，心有决定。马友到百里鲜观察，发觉无论厨艺及服务全部一塌糊涂。花枝回店惊见马友，马友答应当大厨，条件是一切听他，花枝无奈答应。马友吩咐二厨展翅及双冬清洁厨房，花枝则与品叔、娜、祥旺及富枣负责店面，马友见上游不合作，赶他出厨房。诚渊的女儿宝甜自瑞士回来，诚渊叫她到皇朝饮食集团上班，宝甜有口难言，原来宝甜没有念工商管理，暗中改念音乐，赐新劝她向父坦白。马友搬入南丫岛，望着结婚戒指时想起与苏眉相识、相恋及分手经过，心感怅然。
