林英树作为谋杀乔青山的嫌疑人被逮捕。林森身份敏感暂被停职，新局长乔姗姗也被上级建议“避嫌”，不参与案件调查。而KIKO被林森邀请，成为了协助调查员，帮林英树洗冤。KIKO审讯林英树，林英树坚持自己绝没杀人，KIKO回到家中调查wipay公司创业三兄弟的基本情况，乔青山、黄海和陈经汉“坚不可摧”的兄弟情深，他们共同创建了这个影响全缤港的金融公司。通过专属信号，KIKO见到了欧阳，欧阳警告KIKO不要靠近wipay，否则不会念及旧情。与欧阳见面后，KIKO更加坚信要查出真相必须进入wipay。她找到新闻记者TINA，承认TINA推测—金库失窃案与乔青山谋杀案息息相关，并请TINA帮忙调查。此刻碰上了被停职的林森，林森表示他代表林英树的儿子，希望帮忙。三人小团队就此集结。
