2018年3月、バングラデシュのダッカを離陸したUSバングラ航空211便は世界でも着陸が難しい空港の1つとされるネパールのトリブバン国際空港に向かっていた。最終進入を始めた211便は空港上空でまるで戦闘機の空中戦のような飛行を繰り返し、極めて無理な態勢で滑走路に着地したものの止まれずに空港敷地から飛び出して衝突炎上した。調査チームは操縦していた機長が非常に難しい立場に立たされていたことを発見する。
