パートの黄本（江上敬子）が倒れ、更なるピンチに陥っていたうどんチェーン店「トーキョー製麺所」。どんな状況でも全くブレない店長・赤松（吉野北人）は、メニューに無いうどんを注文する焼村（持田将史）にもその場で作って提供してしまうなど変わらずの過剰接客ぶりで、青井（栁俊太郎）はただ呆れていた。一方、黄本は病院で常連客の吉成紀子（三戸なつめ）に会い、終末期医療を受けている父・蔵（五頭岳夫）と「また一緒にうどんを食べたい」という紀子の言葉が胸に残る―。そして…店に復活した黄本は、部活帰りのラグビー部員らとともに一人息子の翔（池田優斗）が来店したことで、一段と気合いが入っていたが…、ある事件が勃発。赤松はピンチをチャンスに変えるべく、ホテル時代の後輩・湯高（陣）に会いに行く。最後にはまさかの展開も!?家族を繋ぐ、コシがある一杯をお楽しみに。
