ポマードヘアに蝶ネクタイ、元ホテルマンという奇抜な新店長・赤松（吉野北人）がやってきた、うどんチェーン店「トーキョー製麺所」。 新店長が来た本当の目的について、良からぬ噂が立っていた。 そんな中、ダメンズの元カレを持つ桃田（秋田汐梨）がいつもより着飾って退勤していく様子に、青井（柳俊太郎）と緑川（奥野壮）は違和感を覚える。翌日、開店時間になっても桃田が現れず、店は大混乱。そして急遽、赤松がレジをやることになるも…丁寧すぎて、店が回らない！しかも店中の電化製品が壊れるという怪奇現象が!? 桃田を心配する黄本（江上敬子）らの証言を基に、赤松が桃田を探しに行くと、そこには予想外の姿の桃田がいて…！ ピンチ続きのトーキョー製麺所、更なる危機に直面し、新店長の本領発揮の予感？
