　　星史听取泰安的意见，在泰丹不在期间做好准备，于是要泰安带他去地球防卫机构军的日本总部。隐藏身份的星史会见了身为大佐的父亲高杉光一郎及其他部队高层，向他们透露欧伯斯军团觊觎行星能源的目的和敌人的基地还残留在绿滨市。以情报局局长乡上大佐为首的高层对星史并不信任，提出扣留调查星史并封锁绿滨市。感觉不对劲的星史赶紧逃走，回到绿滨市时发现被地球防卫机构军情报局封锁，香坂光、魔术粉红等人都被捉走接受调查，搞得人心惶惶。比欧雷兹的巨型战车在市区破坏，一直攻到情报局扣留人质的大楼，魔术粉红趁机变身成山本粉红逃离；泰安出动将敌人消灭。
