在空崎市，存在着一支只由少女组成的神秘特工组织“月影”。为守护城市的和平，她们进行着各种机密作战，同时抵御邪恶犯罪组织“魍魉”对城市的入侵。机缘巧合下，平凡无奇的女高中生源桃被“月影”选中成为其中一员。她师从前辈成员半藏门雪，与同伴一同踏上对抗邪恶、守护城市的成长之路。
