林夏由于和程锋分手，决定以跳楼相要挟，希望程锋得知消息后赶来见她。林夏的朋友吴狄、石小猛和肥四急忙赶来劝慰她，谁知林夏在紧张状态下一不小心说漏嘴关于吴狄的女朋友杨紫曦另投他人怀抱的事儿。吴狄知道后笑容惨淡的和林夏一起站到了屋顶上，他也决定跳楼，林夏反倒回过头来和大家一起劝吴狄要想开点。吴狄不小心踩空，掉在了救护人员放置的垫子上，虚惊一场。吴狄被送到医院，而林夏被警察以扰乱社会治安的罪名带回公安局审问。吴狄向哥哥吴魏求救，希望他能把林夏保出来。程锋料到林夏不会真地寻死，于是坦然地在把妹过后给小猛打电话询问情况，意外得知杨紫曦为了钱和一个富二代ANDY好了。几个朋友在他们曾经组乐队演出过的“老地方”小聚，程锋锁定了一个新目标卢蔓佳。杨紫曦和新男友ANDY开着宝马跑车来到这个酒吧，林夏质问杨紫曦无果。程锋为了吴狄，揪住ANDY暴打一顿。杨紫曦向吴狄坦诚道出她是为了钱和ANDY在一起，吴狄内心痛苦无比。
