哪吒和姬发以及小猪熊一起与石矶就这样僵持着，彼此不离不弃生死与共，关键时刻姬发的护身符发光了，石矶失去了龙脉的保护。哪吒与石矶大战起来，双方在密室发现了盘古石，一方保护，一方争抢，经过一番殊死搏斗，盘古石最终被击裂，哪吒和石矶一人得到了一半。与此同时，山崩地裂，地下密室爆炸了。原来，盘古石正是龙脉的结晶，盘古石裂成两半，大地经脉混乱，天下无宁日。只有盘古石重新复原，天下才能太平。由此引出了整个第三部的故事。 姜子牙等人乘乱组织部分奴隶冲出了朝歌。哪吒和小猪熊、石矶、姬发一起被冲得飞了出去，各自飞向不同的地方。哪吒和小猪熊一起被气流冲到歧山，所幸得到山鬼和龙须虎的细心照料。与此同时，石矶为控制天下，指派申公豹和妲己前往歧山偷盘古石。
