由白鲟精幻化为人形的白秋练和白秋菊姐妹游戏人间，碰到恶霸为非作歹，遂施法教训，但一时重手，弄出人命。真君遇上，誓要收妖，白氏姐妹不愿与其纠缠，遁去无纵。慕蟾宫和童小梅私奔，金贵带人追捕，慕蟾宫被打伤，昏倒在地。童小梅也被金贵抓走。白氏姐妹经过，白秋练施法将其救活。慕蟾宫醒来，得知童小梅就要和金贵成亲，痛苦不已。洞庭湖底，龙王向白母提亲，但白秋练坚决拒婚。白秋练姐妹在酒馆喝着闷酒，恰巧碰到同样失落的慕蟾宫，彼此苦诉衷肠。不料真君出现，誓要除妖。但是真君法力不敌白氏姐妹，无奈再次被白氏姐妹逃脱。童小梅婚礼当夜，慕蟾宫潜入金府，偷偷把童小梅带回家中。父亲得知，责备蟾宫行事莽撞。就在这时，县令来到，并以二十年前的事情作为要挟，让慕小寰交人。
