原来 Sue 的好友 Fanny 暗中与杜少威拍拖。而经检验之后，亦确认案发当日 Fanny 亦曾过案发现场，可是，直至现时为止，仍没有任何证据证明四个疑犯是杀害杜少威的真正凶手…… 正当彦博与泽琛为寻找真正凶器而苦恼之际，却在使用扶手电梯之时得到启发，想到杜少威的真正死因，加上 Fanny 的口供，二人更加可以确定杜少威只是死于意外，因失救致死。 小刚一直被小柔保护，所以胆小怕事，所以泽琛打算带他到酒吧消遣，怎料泽琛因事迟到，而小刚则被一妙龄少女兜搭，泽琛到达时，他已被迷晕在后巷中…… 小刚在酒吧遇事，被永章误打误撞揭穿，小柔更因此事而迁怒泽琛，与他闹翻。 通渠工人发现骸骨，泽琛以面容重整技术将死者的面容复元；一名自称死者母亲，名叫容婶的人前来报案，声称自己的女儿容慧已失踪两年，可是，彦博等人找到的骸骨，推断已死去四年之久……
