公司职员丰(犬饲贵丈)，因为小时候的事不擅长和人吃饭。吃饭总是一个人，菜单固定是亲手做的炸弹饭团和超市的熟食。有一天，和往常一样在公园吃午饭时，小男孩·阿种(前山空贺)想要阿丰的饭团，于是决定分给他。第二天，种子和哥哥穰(饭岛宽骑饰)前来道歉，但因为种子说阿丰的饭团太好吃了，穰就拜托阿丰教自己做饭团的方法。一边困惑一边访问了他们的家的丰。3人一起做了饭团吃——。
