华盛顿的实验室里保存着一只恐龙蛋，暴子龙便把它当成自己的弟弟，让黄鼠龙想办法把蛋偷出来，再用基因的方法制造出一个恐龙来。食肉龙们果然去了华盛顿，而且轻而易举就占领了实验室。星际恐龙发现这又是食肉龙的阴谋，于是义无反顾地前往增援。
