叶承枢和顾灵色在甜蜜中醒来，云飘飘早已带着一众年轻人在河畔饮茶。二人在汇合的路上迷了路，阴差阳错来到摘星台，这个摘星台是叶南川当初为儿子建造的。在这里，叶承枢找到了爸爸的“宝箱”。箱子里，顾灵色一眼认出那张顾怀衡心心念念的新型住宅设计图。可是，顾灵色不但没有对图纸下手，还嘱咐叶承枢好好保管。两人离开摘星台，却不知道来寻找他们的江寒在他们走后，偷走了图纸。 江寒将图纸藏好，将“新型住宅图纸”的存在透露给了江文斌。江文斌看出江寒的野心，愤而怒斥，警告他不要妄动不属于自己的东西。江文斌对叶承枢的偏心，让江寒彻底寒心，他将图纸交给顾怀衡，正式与他合作，并定下了自己与顾佩娅的婚约。
