在悟空赶来的路上，短笛为了保护悟饭被那巴击中，身受重伤而死。与此同时，由于神和短笛大魔王一心同体，所以天神也死了，悟饭受到短笛的死刺激而战斗力爆增，使出魔闪光攻击那巴，但是仍然未能击败那巴。就在悟饭用尽力气即将被那巴杀死时，悟空终于赶到，安顿好悟饭和小林后悟空与赛亚人展开了愤怒的复仇之战。
