大坤被抓的事情引起洋葱头、铁观音、眼镜三人的恐慌，洋葱头绝不相信大坤是内鬼，眼镜指出欧先生心意已决，大坤怕是难以脱身。洋葱头仗义要为大坤伸冤锄奸。眼镜却打起大坤地盘的主意。大坤手下众多生意，一直是K集团最重要的经济来源，铁观音和洋葱头后知后觉，同眼镜一起打起了大坤的地盘。穆青和黎若笙不请自来与眼镜、洋葱头、铁观音碰头，也要一起商议接盘大坤地盘的事情，几个人表面一团和气，话语中却暗藏杀机，各自打着小算盘，觊觎大坤的地盘，穆青和黎若笙论资排辈而言最没有优势，而眼镜则最占有优势，不过也要过洋葱头和铁观音这一关，而三人之间的相互制约恰恰会给自己和黎若笙带来机会，且欧先生一直没有分配大坤地盘，也意味着欧先生并没有打算将大坤地盘全盘给眼镜，黎若笙则担心与眼镜的相争会罪眼镜，穆青则决定为争取大坤地盘堵上一把。
