　　小熊队和银鹰队分别是月亮岛中学和中加中学的校园棒球队。长久以来，小熊队都被实力强悍的银鹰队压制，在一场极为激烈的比赛中，小熊队眼看着将要在一次的一败涂地，在这个节骨眼上，一个名为小松（王源 饰）的高一男孩挺身而出，为球队挣得了一分。虽然这一分难以挽回局势，却让小熊队的队员们重新扬起了斗志。 　　接连的失败让小熊队面临着解散的危机，此时，银鹰队的主力邬童（王俊凯 饰）竟然转学来到了月亮岛中学，成为了球队中的一员。随着时间的推移，小松和邬童之间产生了坚实的友谊，这份友谊紧紧联结着队友们。尹柯（易烊千玺 饰）曾经亦是一名棒球健将，却因为种种意外而远离了这项运动，小松的热情和斗志感染了尹柯，让他产生了重回赛场的想法。
