2006年為無綫39週年台慶，當中「阿姐廚房萬壽宴」請來汪明荃、鄭裕玲、薛家燕親自下廚，她們卻雞手鴨腳嚇倒人；「鼓舞昇平壽無疆」，多位藝人跳舞及打大鼓，陳百祥更率眾表演千手舞；曾志偉及多名男藝員組成「男色魅影歌舞團」，反串大跳肯肯舞；佘詩曼、林保怡、陳豪等花旦小生化身蠟像，於「翡翠紅人館」展覽，但遇上譚詠麟、曾志偉、陳百祥來搗蛋；還有「萬千星輝15/16」，通過問答遊戲，回顧昔日台慶的經典片段。
