青儿在狱中刺杀大佬权不果，更一人承担责任，但狱长却诬蔑他出卖威哥，结果楚文又被毒打针对。 青儿在香港生活艰难，被介绍到医院做清洁工，实习护士方月娥误会青儿偷窃，怒责她一番，更要捉她回警察，但随即发现冤枉了青儿，后悔不已，于是多番主动向青儿作出补偿。 青儿与实习护士方月娥化敌为友，她得月娥之助，将楚文母亲接到香港，并向楚文母讹称搬到月娥家居住，月娥又讹称青儿是自己姐姐，令楚文母亲很喜欢青儿，青儿为此感激月娥。 青儿得月娥推荐，又凭聪明才智成为实习护士。 楚文在狱中再生事端，威哥杀死监狱长后，嫁祸楚文，楚文被判无期徒刑，并被押到外国服刑，却遇上大风浪，船身不断入水。
