护士长外出又遇到卫生科领导来检查工作,决定让殷护士代理护士长的工作.大家好象不是很配合殷护士的工作.领导来检查工作大家给殷护士来了个大"拆台".管理这些不太听话的女兵殷护士感到头疼,不是很头疼而是很头疼.终于能理解闫护士长平时不容易了.高队长给她出了主意让大家多承担些责任.谁哪项工作做的不好就让谁负责那项工作.效果很明显.刘医生的同学说要给刘医生争取一个进修的名额.高队长不同意,认为进修要按程序来公平公正.刘医生很生气闹起了情绪.她发现李医生也有资格去进修而且还是"上面有人".刘医生也决定找人,相信一定能去进修.没有想到领导却通知高队长进修人选由卫生队决定.小李医生完全符合进修条件但是考虑到卫生队人手不够选择不去进修,又通过给胡大妈治病教育了刘医生,让刘医生能够在卫生队安心工作.
