メーデー！：航空機事故の真実と真相 - Season 15 Episode 7 TAM航空402便 (原題: Carnage In Sao Paulo)
1996年10月31日、TAM航空402便フォッカー100が、ブラジルのコンゴーニャス空港から離陸したが、直後に周辺の住宅地に墜落し、炎上した。乗員乗客合わせて95人全員が死亡し、住民にも犠牲者が出る。事故原因の究明には、ブラジル空軍とアメリカ国家運輸安全委員会の調査官が協力して取り組み、墜落に至る経緯が解明された。その原因は事故につながるとしても非常にまれで、まず起こらないと考えられていた。
