救助中、トンネル崩落現場での爆発に巻き込まれた 五十嵐 (田中要次) は、瓦礫の中から脱出できずにいた。しかもトンネル内のガス濃度が上昇し、爆発の危険性が増していた。指令センターの 芹沢 (石橋凌) からは退避命令が出されるが、徳永隊長 (石黒賢) を始め、大地 (中丸雄一)、豊 (増田貴久)、不動 (山本裕典) たち隊員は五十嵐を見捨てることは出来ない、と必死で救出作業を続ける。自分の身を危険にさらしながら救出を試みる仲間に、五十嵐は瓦礫の中から無線で語りかける……。
