黎斗（岩永徹也）によって自らがバグスターウイルス感染者であることを知ってしまった永夢（飯島寛騎）。ストレスからゲーム病を発症するが、消滅という最悪の事態は回避する。が、なぜバグスターが現れない!?飛彩（瀬戸利樹）も大我（松本享恭）も不審を抱く。 意識を取り戻した永夢だったが、ゲームもしていないのに性格が大胆なゲーマーMとなってしまった。ガットンバグスターが現れても患者の治療ではなく、ゲーム感覚でエグゼイドに変身。レベル3でレベル30のガットンを圧倒する。しかし、患者のことなどどうでもいいと問診も拒否。怒った飛彩は永夢に代わって慣れない問診を行う。
