3月25日。瞳と一馬の結婚式当日、椎名家には朝からまき（筒井真理子）と阿波野（光石研）がやって来て、雅彦が新婦の父として瞳の隣に立てるよう、万全のサポート体制を整える。そんななか、瞳はなぜか雅彦の目をかいくぐるようにして、一足先に式の会場へ。慌ただしく出て行く瞳に、雅彦は一抹の寂しさを覚えながらも、妻・佳乃（森カンナ）の写真に「行ってくるからな」と伝え、まきと阿波野に支えられながら家の外へ。その後、雅彦が目にしたのはー。 瞳から愛する父へ贈る最後のプレゼント。瞳と一馬が心をこめて作り上げた一世一代の結婚式の行方は果たして。 父と娘、そしてその周囲を囲む全員でかけぬけた、笑顔と涙が凝縮された、かけがえのない３カ月。迎える春になったら、この親子は、みんなは、どんな日常を過ごしているだろうかー。
