ネタが浮かばず、悪夢に悩まされる日々を送っていた漫画家・きつこ。 ある日、弟から「顔がよどんでる。毒がまわってる」と指摘される。 「サウナに行って汗をかけ。毒を抜け」という助言を受けて銭湯に通い始めるが、そこには銭湯のマナーにうるさいババア＝ヌシが待ち受けていた…。 銭湯を牛耳るヌシの魔の手を掻い潜り、さまざまな女湯で展開されるガールズトークに耳をそば立てながら、サウナの先に待つ“水風呂という快楽”を目指して突き進む。 一筋縄ではいかない曲者も加わり、退屈だったまんきつの日常はドライブしていく…。
