横浜港で来日5年になる中華料理店の主人の他殺死体が見つかる。 司法解剖で胃の中から未消化の豆腐、挽き肉、長ネギ、唐辛子、味噌などが検出されたため、警察は、被害者が麻婆豆腐を食べた直後に殺されたと見て、ライバルの中華料理店を調べ始める。 聖也（東山紀之）も、山内署長（伊東四朗）から捜査協力を依頼されるが、被害者の胃の内容物に合致する麻婆豆腐を作る料理店を特定することが出来ない。 そんな中、事務所に遊びに来た金田一少年（須賀健太）が被害者の息子と間違われ、涼介（森田剛）と一緒に、犯人に拉致されてしまう。
