茨城県中部。昔ながらの里山風景のなかのキャンプ場へやってきたヒロシ。 かつて薪や木材を採るために使われていた里山林へ分け入ってテントを張ることにしたのだが、この林間サイトにはいつもの調子を狂わせる或るルールがあった。 森で拾い集めた木を使い試行錯誤を繰り返す。 そして夕方、ヒロシを不意に猛烈な空腹がおそう。 まずは焼肉をペロリと平らげるが、くすぶる胃袋が求めるままに夜のメインにと買ったブランド肉、常陸牛のハンバーグにまで手を伸ばしてしまう。 じっくり蒸し焼きにして溶かしたチーズで抱きくるんだ常陸牛に舌鼓を打つもなお満たされず焦るヒロシ。 そして闇の中でクーラーボックスを漁るヒロシが最後に探りあてた食材とは・・・?
