武志がアパートを出て仲間のところに戻った事で喪失感を抱いていた千鶴子は、原島自動車にナイフを持って現れます。哲生にナイフが刺さり痛みを堪えながらも武志に、彼女のところに行けと言うのです。そして、千鶴子を探して以前働いてたクラブへ行きます。そこで若者に絡まれ殴り合い千鶴子を公園に連れ出すのです。千鶴子を心配した武志は川崎来ないか？と誘いますが、大丈夫だからと断られるのでした。一方、亮子と慎介はやっと父親（平泉成）に結婚の了解を得ます。そして哲生は、大手自動車チェーン店の移店話に原島自動車を手放すかを悩みます。そして、クリスマスの日…。
