男虎柊 (中川大志) は、幼い頃に両親を亡くし、清掃会社を営む男虎丈一郎 (藤木直人) に育てられた。丈一郎と知り合いの刑事･綿谷詩織 (水野美紀) が、柊を見守ってきた。ある日、丈一郎は、リタイアして清掃会社を柊に譲ると告げる。そんな中、丈一郎が何者かに撃たれて亡くなってしまう…。混乱する柊に詩織は、驚くべき秘密を打ち明ける。警察にはSecret Operation Service･通称SOSという極秘の殺し屋組織があり、丈一郎はSOSの指令を遂行する伝説の殺し屋だったというのだ! 詩織から丈一郎を殺したのは人気漫画家の鳴宮美月 (新木優子) だと告げられた柊は、殺し屋になって復讐することを決意する――!
