YING YEUNG goes to question ZHENG, thinking that he has instructed FUNG to steal the information. In chaos, ZHENG kills YING YEUNG. ZHENG asks YI to give him a helping hand. They bring the corpse to the countryside and berry it. FUNG witnesses everything. YIN finds that ZHENG has done dirty trick to get the contract and it is harmful to the company's Tame. Therefore he stops his duty. YING YEUNG disappears and the police suspects that he has been kidnapped. ZHENG and YI and afraid that they will be accused. FUNG blackmails ZHENG as he knows what ZHENG has done to YING YEUNG. ZHENG appoints him to work in his company reluctantly. YIN wants to stop him but in vain. FUNG takes further step, Forcing ZHENG to promote him as the general manager. ZHENG has to follow his instruction though YIN objects.
