הישרדות (באנגלית: Survivor, תרגום מילולי: שורד) היא תוכנית מציאות אמריקאית פופולרית המופקת על ידי רשת הטלוויזיה CBS בארצות הברית ומשודרת בתבנית של שתי עונות קצרות (לרוב, 14 פרקים ופרק איחוד) מדי שנה. התוכנית משודרת מאז מאי 2000, בהנחיית ג'ף פרובסט. "הישרדות" מבוססת על התוכנית השוודית "Expedition Robinson", שנוצרה על ידי צ'ארלי פרסונס בשנת 1992 בהשראת הספר "רובינזון קרוזו". בעונותיה הראשונות פסעה התוכנית בעקבות מקור ההשראה השוודי, ודגש רב הושם בה על הישרדות בתנאים קשים, אך החל בעונה החמישית ובייחוד מאז עונת ה"אול סטאר" הראשונה (העונה השמינית) הושם דגש הולך וגובר על הדינמיקה והמזימות בין המתמודדים, בהשראת הספר "בעל זבוב".
