天野绢惠（香里奈 饰），越前屋百货床上用品店的销售员。打扮朴素甚至有点土气的绢惠非常热爱销售的工作，且十分卖力，极具亲和力的她销售业绩遥遥领先。某一天，绢惠突然被调动到了女装部。不同于床上用品的家居风，这是个竞争极强烈的地方。女装部的负责人神保美姬（黑木瞳 饰）则是个传说中的人物，她要求极为严苛，对绢惠的打扮更是看不顺眼。绢惠的新工作就在不顺利中开展。 由于绢惠自己对服饰的零品味，让她的新工作四处碰壁好不灰心。为了在女装部生存，绢惠开始从内到外进行大改造，渐渐走上了时尚之路。最初对绢惠很挑剔的神保也慢慢对其改观。但与此同时，绢惠的感情生活却有了裂痕。一出百货商场的《穿普拉达的恶魔》故事就此展开…… ©豆瓣
