“大科学实验”是NHK2010年3月31日开始播放的系列科学实验节目，由NHK，NHK Educational Corp和卡塔尔的半岛电视台儿童频道共同制作。每集10分钟，迄今为止共播出了将近四十集，27集以后共同制作者名单中出现了西南德国广播（SWR）的名字。 任何学 问都不是为了故作高深、自我显摆的。NHK《大科学实验》节目以“不试不知”为主题，通过实验对各种自然和科学法则进行验证，节目不使用CG技术，而是遵照“准备----实验----验证”这一流程，通俗易懂，寓教于乐。节目更不使用任何晦涩难懂的专业用语和公式，让观众欣赏到科学的乐趣和奥秘。
