森林大帝 剧场版
掌控着这片非洲草原的白狮子王-潘加为了救出爱妻艾莱雅被猎人猎杀，艾莱雅在前往美国的轮船里产下一只小白狮子，名叫雷欧。雷欧与母亲分离，经历重重磨难，独自到达非洲与草原的伙伴们共同建设草原，某一天，来了不速之客...... 这部作品是专为剧场版打造的长篇版本，但绝不仅仅是对电视版的重新编辑。除了片头的2分钟采用了电视版的画面之外，其余部分均为全新制作。这个版本深入展示了电视版中无法呈现的主题，手塚治虫本人对此也表示十分满意。
